Mental Health Awareness Program

Our Mental Health Awareness Program is a program designed to develop

understanding, and promote mental wellness in our communities.

Our Mental health Awareness Programs strive to spread awareness on Mental Health

Women are vulnerable to mental health issues like anxiety, depression, and stress. As they carry more responsibilities when compared to men. Recognizing this, we under Mental Health Awareness Programs strive to spread awareness on mental health.

Stress and Anxiety are major concerns for women

A recent study says that nearly 1 in 5 women will experience a mental health condition at some point in their lifetime. Women are twice as likely as men to experience depression. Stress and anxiety are major concerns for women, often due to pressure from society and multiple responsibilities.

Highlighting the need for open conversations and accessible resources.

And we aim to cover this gap.

We empower women with Knowledge about common Mental Health Conditions

Through workshops, and informative campaigns, we empower women with knowledge about common mental health conditions. By normalizing open discussions, showcasing stories of recovery and providing information about available mental health services, we are trying to create a more friendly and supportive environment for all the women out there.
