SAAP

Sexual Abuse Awareness Program

Our Foundation's Sexual Abuse Awareness Program is a initiative designed to raise awareness about sexual abuse and develop safer communities.

Our vision under SAAP is to create a society

where children are not afraid to speak up, where adults recognize the signs, and a place where communities stand united against the sexual abuse.

1 in 6 girls will experience sexual abuse before the age of 18

Did you know that 1 in 6 girls will experience sexual abuse before the age of 18, also in India, a child is sexually abused every 15 minutes, 1 in 3 women experience some form of physical or sexual violence in their lifetime, and only 5% of sexual abuses are reported to the police. These numbers are shocking, and we under SAAP are actively working to change it.

We are laying the foundation for a safer & Healthier Future

Through interactive workshops, storytelling to relevant age groups, and open communication, we help them to create safe spaces and help women to learn about their bodies, personal boundaries, and the importance of saying "no". By empowering people with this knowledge, we are laying the foundation for a safer, healthier future.

Understanding and Addressing Sexual Abuse: Forms, Impacts, and Prevention Strategies

Sexual abuse refers to any unwanted or non-consensual sexual activity or behavior imposed on an individual. It can occur in various forms and affects people of all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
